1. Official Purchase Channels

You must obtain the Y2Mate software only through our official website. We do not support or guarantee products bought from unauthorized third-party sellers, unofficial resellers, or unknown sources.

2. Try Before You Buy

All Y2Mate products are sold as "try-before-you-buy" software. We provide a free trial version so you can download videos and test the software's core functions. We strongly advise you to use the trial version to ensure the software works on your device and meets your needs before you pay.

3. What You Get After Purchase

When you subscribe or buy a license, you receive a registration key. This key provides the following benefits:

  • Removes the 30-day trial expiration.
  • Removes watermarks on output videos.
  • Unlocks future new features and software updates for free (while your subscription is active).
  • Provides full technical support (while your subscription is active).

After your purchase, you must create an account on our website and activate the software using your email address and license key.

4. Download Limits

To prevent streaming providers from blocking our services, Y2Mate enforces a strict download quota. A licensed account is limited to 100 downloads per day and 700 downloads per week from supported streaming platforms. When you reach this limit, it will automatically reset at the start of the next daily or weekly period.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Y2Mate offers 1-Month, 1-Year, and Lifetime plans. For detailed options, check our Shop or price list.

  • Auto-Renewal: For monthly and yearly plans, automatic renewal is enabled by default.
  • Cancellation: This service is optional. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, we will not charge you for the next billing cycle, but you will still have access until the current paid period ends. You can contact us to help cancel your subscription.

6. Money-Back Guarantee

Y2Mate offers a money-back guarantee starting from the exact time your payment is processed:

  • 7-Day Guarantee: For 1-Month and 1-Year plans.
  • 14-Day Guarantee: For the Lifetime plan.

Refunds take 1 to 7 business days to process, depending on your payment method. Once we issue a refund, your license key will be deactivated immediately, and you must uninstall the software. Please note that Mac and Windows versions are separate products; we do not allow cross-platform exchanges after the guarantee period expires.

7. Accepted Refund Requests

We will approve a refund if your request meets one of these conditions:

  • You accidentally bought the exact same product twice. We will refund the duplicate order.
  • You bought the wrong product, but then bought the correct one within the refund period. We will refund the wrong order.
  • You canceled your auto-renewal before the renewal date, but our system still charged you.
  • The software has severe technical problems, and our support team fails to provide a solution within your 7-day or 14-day guarantee period.

8. Unaccepted Refund Requests

We will not approve a refund in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind after buying.
  • You did not read the product description, leading to dissatisfaction with the features or compatibility.
  • You bought the "wrong" product from us and the "right" product from a different company.
  • You bought the wrong product but failed to ask for an exchange before your guarantee period ended.
  • You request a refund based on price differences between regions or other vendors.
  • You could not activate the product but never asked our customer support for help.
  • Your order (or renewal order) has passed the 7-day or 14-day money-back guarantee period.
  • You experienced technical issues but refused to cooperate, provide information, or help our support team troubleshoot the problem.
  • You failed to read or accept the daily limit of 50 downloads.
